Matthew Levine is an experienced trial lawyer in the fields of white-collar defense, business litigation, and intellectual property litigation. For 20 years he has achieved effective and efficient solutions for clients that include Fortune 500 corporations, small businesses and individuals.

Mr. Levine served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for 10 years, in both the Eastern District of New York and in Washington D.C. Among other distinctions, Mr. Levine served as the Acting Chief of the Business and Securities Fraud Unit in the Eastern District, where he supervised a group of federal prosecutors conducting major securities fraud and other white-collar prosecutions.

Mr. Levine was selected to Super Lawyers – New York Metro Edition in the area of White Collar Criminal Defense in 2011 and 2012. In 2009 Mr. Levine was recognized as an "Up and Comer/Rising Star" in the White Collar Defense Field by Ethisphere Magazine.
